Acupuncture for miscarriage & baby loss in Surrey
I support many couples who have experienced baby loss and help them navigate a difficult and confusing time You may have a missed miscarriage a chemical pregnancy, a molar pregnancy, a TFMR or a stillbirth. You may also have experienced more than one loss (recurrent miscarriage). Whatever your circumstances, my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and advanced training in Western fertility means I am incredibly well equipped to support you as we seek to rebalance both the physical aspects of miscarriage as well as the emotional impact.
How can Acupuncture support miscarriage and baby loss?
Acupuncture views the body in a unique way - as a Chinese Medicine practitioner I am looking at how the body may not be working as optimally as it could, and seek to address these imbalances in a very gentle way. We combine the physical and the mental-emotional in one treatment, helping the body to process loss. We also look at both partners in depth.
What I believe is important for my clients is to take things at their own pace. As a Fertility Specialist, I have the knowledge to recommend the appropriate medical tests that can help you understand why miscarriage may be happening. However, if you need the time to regroup before having more tests, that’s OK too. I offer a grounding, private, healing space for you to recover - that is my priority.
I also offer couples appointments, where you are both treated within the same session, which can be incredibly healing after the trauma of loss.
